Confidentiality

Outdoor Secours is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. For questions about your data, email contact@outdoorsecours.fr.

Quote requests and applications

Information entered in the forms is saved to respond to your quote request or review your application. Optional attachments are stored with your request and are accessible only to authorised people in the protected management area. If the email service is enabled, an alert is sent to the team and an acknowledgement to the address you provide. Assignment details and attachments are not included in the alert. No health data is requested.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your request. Attachments are optional. These forms do not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Quote requests are processed to prepare a service at your request (pre-contractual measures). Reviewing applications and managing correspondence are based on Outdoor Secours’ legitimate interest in building its teams and organising its missions. Access security is also based on this legitimate interest.

Recipients and services used

After your application is approved by the manager, information needed for onboarding (surname, first name, contact details, title, verified date of birth and agreed status) is sent to eBrigade to create your Outdoor Secours account. You receive sign-in instructions by email. Your qualifications and skills remain subject to verification by our team.

When an accepted quote results in the creation of an activity in eBrigade, the information required for the mission and contact details are sent to that platform. The team may import quotes created outside this website: the PDF and case information are then stored in the management area. Automatic PDF reading takes place in the manager’s browser.

Cases are accessible to authorised Outdoor Secours team members. The technical services used to process them include website and file hosting, Microsoft 365 for email and manager sign-in, and eBrigade for team member accounts and missions.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or restriction of its processing. Depending on the processing involved, you may also exercise your right to object or to data portability. Send your request to contact@outdoorsecours.fr.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
